Hello,

I would like to start playing automaticly and i use the “state” but it does’nt work
the syntax is in the section :

displayControls: 1,
displayDuration: 0,
displayCursor: 0,
silentSeeking: 1,
state: “play”

?

Hi,

Unfortunately, autoplay is unavailable on mobile devices. Audio and Video can only be started on a “user-generated” click; which means you can’t start it even if you try to programatically generate a click.

I guess this was in part done in order to avoid un-wanted data consumption…

However once the user has touched the screen once, you can do whatever you want… so maybe you can try to get him to click on something first :)

I have this “moo-box” example (http://www.winktoolkit.org/plugins/motion/test/test_moobox.html), where I added an “enter” button for this exact same purpose !!

The audio player doesnt have the ability to auto play?

Hi,

No, the autostart functionnality of the audio tag is “disabled” on mobile. You need a user generated click to be able to start it…
