Thank you for the quick reply Jérôme – what would be the best way to implement In-App Purchases into this framework (I have seen unrelated questions about PhoneGap + Wink but I do not understand how I would mash the two together).

Well, from what I know, PhoneGap doesn’t provide any In-App purchase feature but there might be PhoneGap plugins for this…

Then you can use Wink on top of PhoneGap since it is basically just an hybrid app container (a webview with augmented APIs).

But if you want to go for a “full web app” instead, there might also be mobile In-App frameworks. I knew once of a solution called “billing revolution”, you may want to check it out: http://www.singleclickcheckout.com/
